Biography:
This year will be Elise’s debut performance with the Company. She has just completed her first year studying English literature and History of Art at Edinburgh University. Already this year she has appeared twice on the Edinburgh stage, starting with The Freshers’ play and followed by the rôle of Lorraine in the spectacular Edinburgh Footlights production of 42nd Street. Elise also graced the catwalk as a dancer in the Edinburgh University fashion show.
At school Elise was involved in all aspects of the theatre: she was the school drama prefect and in her final year she won the school drama cup for her contribution to the school theatre. Outside of the theatre Elise’s other interests include dance, art, travelling and ‘chicos guapos’. After leaving school Elise travelled around Central and South America for 8 months and this summer she spent 2 months living in Barcelona in an attempt to improve her Spanish.
